Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We’re committed to customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Please note:

  • All sales are final once a product has been opened or used.

  • We do not accept returns for scent preference or allergic reactions—ingredients are fully listed on every product page.

  • Return shipping costs (if approved) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
