Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During high-demand seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing. -
Local Pickup (if offered):
Please wait for your confirmation email before arriving.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Info:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you.
